Beyoncé Knowles is reportedly desperate to perform at Glastonbury after her husband, Jay-Z put on an impressive show at the festival this summer. Speaking to Sky News, the singer said: “I was there to experience the energy; it was like something I have never experienced before.” The festival’s organisers had come under fire for booking a hip hop/rapper for the rock event but Beyoncé added “I thought it was brilliant. Jay had all the controversy – but he came out and he did good.” When asked if she would like to sing at the event, Beyoncé said: “It would be really amazing… I would love to do it.” SOURCE: SKY NEWS
