Beyoncé talks to studio bosses about playing Wonder Woman

Beyoncé has her heart set on Wonder Woman as her next film role. The singer has met with DC Comics and Warner Bros to take about the possibility of playing the comic book character. “I want to do a superhero movie and what would be better than Wonder Woman?” she told the Los Angeles Times. “And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It’s time for that, right?” Though Wonder Woman became a TV show in the 1970s, it has never been made for the big screen. Beyoncé said she would relish the challenge of the role: “When you think about the psychology of the heroes in the films these days, they are still a lot of work, of course, and emotional.
