   go to forever21…they have some for $1.50!!!! also try hollister, abercrombie/fitch or payless sells the american eagle ones.

   I don’t know if you like or have ever gone to Plato’s Closet. Some of their things are new. They have some reasonably priced totes there. Try eBay or go inside the stores you like to see if any are on sale or between your price range.
