   Neiman Marcus sells them in-store.

   First off, it’s a Chanel tote. Coco Chanel founded the house, but that’s not the name of the brand.

   Secondly, to my knowledge, the only way to purchase one of their AUTHENTIC bags is in their store. I also don’t think they sell anything on their website.

   If you don’t buy a Chanel bag from their store (and possibly from a very reputable, high-end store such as Bergdorf’s??) it is FAKE. And buying fake bags is tacky and should be illegal.
