   You’ve violated your probation and you’re going to jail.

   If she is convicted of the new charge, her probation may be revoked, and any time left issued as jail time. Other options include having original probation extended, a halfway house program or house arrest.

   Unless she has a good lawyer that could prove the person planted the merchandise there, then there’s a good chance she’ll either get her probration revoked and go to juvie, get longer probation, put on house arrest, or have to a stiff fine.
