Tote bag – help me choose?16 replies

I’m looking for a tote bag that I can use to carry all my school books. I’m currently torn between two choices.

http://www2.victoriassecret.com/images/prodlgvw/V260985_W128RGB.jpg (the British flag one) – not as big as the other one, more expensive, maybe not as good quality, but I like the design a lot better.

   I like the Victoria Secret one better. Because everyone already carries Ae bags. Why blend in when you can stand out?

   I prefer the American eagle one. EVen though the VS one is great, it looks smaller and it’s looks like it’s softer and not as duable. The ameriacn eagle one is probably great for books and carrying around for school.

   go with whatever one you really really like; when you first see something and it jumps out at you and calls your name, thats the one to go with………..you will always like it and love using it..if you go for practicality, etc, and it’s your second choice, you will NOT love it……….HOWEVER the British flag one? you may tire of it more easily than the other one; it all boils down to “do I love it” and ” Can I afford it”??? you know which one you want, so get it and enjoy it!!! it’s always that first impression of an article that you should go by……………have fun!!

   Victoria’s secret!

   I think it’s going to be more fun for you, and I think that it would carry what you need it to. If it doesn’t and you end up holding a small stack, maybe some strapping young man will offer to carry them for you.

   And as far as quality goes, while AmerEg. is better than some companies I could mention, I have had a few things not last as long as I wanted, so I wouldn’t count on it.

   I like the Victoria Secret one a lot better too. It’s much more original and if you like it better anyway, it’s worth a little extra money. The AE one is cute, but everyone has those, so it’s not very exciting.

    i like the second one !!!!
    it is good !
    and i say the first one is prettier , BUT u might feel more comfortable with the second one as u said.cuz it is more important to feel comfortable .

    oh, i would pick the victoria’s secret bag in a flash. WAY cuter. i saw this bag the other day and i LOVED it!!! TOTALLY GO FOR IT!!!!

    but keep in mind, i dont think either will carry ALL of your school books. So, i would go with the VS one anyway!

    I really like the American Eagle bag because of the colors and style of the bag. If you are from England and want to represent were your from then get the Victoria’s Secret bag.
