    ok
i went on teh D.C trip too, in 8th grade
it was cold and wet and the weather will be really bad
and you can’t bring a million shoes and jackets and clothes

    this is what i suggest

wear a sweatshirt and a comfortable jacket, like a northface fleece jacket or whatever your warm winter jacket is
wear jeans and comfortable walking shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and ruined, like old sneakers

i know this doeesn’t sound glamorous, but you’re going to be walking around a lot outside and inside, so layers and comfort is very key!
you’ll be sitting around in a bus a lot so you’ll want to be comfy

also, bringing a bag/tote is a good idea, but once again, don’t bring a million! when my grade went, no one even brought a tote everyone had backpacks with snacks and layers in and stuff.

if you wear tank tops and t shirts, no one will even see it except when you are in yuor room. it’s going to be cold outside, so you’ll be wearing probably a sweatshirt AND jacket over any shirt or tank top.

everyone will be dressing comfortably. it’s fun.
basically its a big bonding trip and everyone looks like crap in their pajamas eating junk food on the bus

I actually Read them and right now in the D.C. area (I’m here!!) it’s not that cold I don’t think it’s me but it’s pretty warm for this time of year, you might be hot, it depends I’m used to the cold they make us run the mile outside even when it’s FREEZING in shorts and a T-shirt, just wear a Abercrombie Graphic Tee, or Hollister it’s up to you and a light jacket and capris. It’s sooooooo….. nice outside! Have Fun!

Cute outfits, although links would have been nicer.
If you’re doing a whole lot of walking, white new balance sneakers, pumas, or converse all stars always look cute! Make sure that you check the weather! Sometimes it could get really cold, so make sure you bring a hoodie! Also, jeans would be nice too. And you shouldn’t bring totes as the same with purses…. unless you are leaving them on a bus. If you’re visiting a museum or a monument ext. security takes forever in some places. Bring it once in a while. But if you wanna look good, go ahead! Skirts are cute too, depending on the weather. Wear more sneakers. On some class trips, they let you wear flip flops. Ask your teacher about that.

You’re a lot more prepared than some other people. When we went on a class trip to Maine, some people stuck in the same outfits for a week and others went with pajamas.

This has nothing to do with clothes but bring those things that you shake and they get all warm and you can hold them
