I need a good tote bag for school ; store help. ?3 replies

I want a big one (not exagarrated big, but a good size to fit in my 2 inch binder and such) & i want one with a cute design [ preferably a band ] . but they cant be too expensive, so maybe less than $16? Name stores for me BESIDES Target, because right now, I dont like the designs for tote bags they have posted up . So a list of shops would be nice :]
