How do you wear a scarf like this?7 replies

I have the same one in hott pink, I just never wore it yet. I was wondering how to tie it to stay like that?
Also I’m wearing a white tie dye shirt with that scarf in hott pink with skinny jeans, black flats and a red tote. Does that match? My mom said I look like my closet threw up. Haha
btw – when I say Tie Dye I don’t mean like a bright crazy one, it’s just white with a few light colors in it. haha

   wear plain white t-shirt and lose the red tote
   and here’s how to tie the scarf:
   Start by wrapping your scarf around your neck and towards your back (tips should hang down your back), then pull each end over the opposite shoulder. Let the lengths do their thing—this isn’t about symmetry.

   right this is how i do mine..

   lay it out and fold it into a triangle.
   wrap it around your neck so the ends are behind you.
   bring the ends around to your front and tie them under the flap bit
   typeathing..

   btw, this scarf looks massive and probably dead expensive as theres alot of material
   and it just looks like its been wrapped around like a winter scarf

   Take your scarf and hold it out in front of you, holding both ends with each of your hands, so that its length is stretched in front of you.
   Now take the ends and throw them over your back, so that the scraf is making a sort of U shape and both ends are falling down your back. Take one end of the scarf (it doesn’t matter which end) and pull it down the opposite side of the side its falling down. Now do the same with the other side. Pluck at the scarf a little, making it look sort of messy for that stylish look.
   I hope that helps, sorry it’s hard to explain
   And yes, the outfit does go well, a pink bag would be better, but clashing correctly is very “in” right now

   For the scarf, you fold it in half so that it’s a triangle, and start with the point facing forwards and wrap the sides round until they’re at the front again.

   I think it would be better with a plain white tshirt? But whichever you prefer as it’s you wearing it!
