how big should a tote bag be for school?10 replies

idk how big i should get my tote bag for school should b bcuz i’m going into high school and I’m unsure :S
I would really appreciate if u gave dimensions. =]
I will be putting books in my bag (obviously) but I’m not really sure…
and another question is:
should i buy 2 bags for school to alternate?

BTW I do go to a Catholic High school where i wear uniforms. but thx for all ur answers ^_^ I really appreciate them. Now i can look for my tote bags for school when i go to the states this weekend ^_^

   get an abercrombie or hollister toat! no lie they are the best. they’re big and cute and they hold up very well.

   if you are a small girl dont get a huge bag it will over power and make sure it will fit in a locker

   Have you seen like a huge beach bag if you have then think a little bit smaller than that lok at abercrombie or target and kohkls all have really cute ones and tj maxx usally has cute bags like what you are looking for

   i bought a tote bag from lesportsac for my junior year in high school. it was the “Erika”

   i loved it.

   however, it was pink/orange/black/white. and it had hearts on it. it was totally adorable (i suggest you check out there website)

   but, i LOVE to wear clothing with hearts on it, so sometimes i matched my bag, which i felt weird about it. at that time, i wished i had another bag that was plain to wear whenever i was wearing a really loud outfit or soemthing with bold colors.

   height: about 17 inches
   hollister totes are 17.5W X 17.5H and abercrombie totes are 17.5W X 15H and i think they are the perfect size

   those arent the exact colors but they are the styles. If you get two get a spring one (pink/yellow) and a fall/winter one (brown/black)

   well i had a tote bag freshman year and I found it annoying because it wasn’t big enough. for sophomore year I ended up getting a jansport backpack.

   they are big enough to carry books and notbooks for maybe 3 classes until you have time to go to your locker again. Plus they are super cute and have a lot of different designs.

   for highschool your gonna need a pretty big tote bag. i got one my freshman year that was one of the large tote bags from coach. im not sure of the dimensions.

    Yea, buy two totes to alternate.
    Make sure the two totes you buy are the ones you really like.
    So when you start using one and get sick of it, you have a cute one to use. And when you get sick of THAT tote, you go back to the first tote.
    Or whichever matches your outfit for that day.
