First Day of High School ideas?5 replies

Hey! I am going into high school and I’m wondering what I should wear on the first day of school? I was thinking some nice looking jeans (maybe skinny jeans), black or navy converse or nice ballet flats (ideas), a cardigan over a cute tank top or something and a Vera Bradley tote bag or a Jansport bookbag. Could you all help me find some cute shirts, cardigans, shoes, pants, totes, etc. to wear? I want to make a good first impression on everyone! Please nothing too expensive…thanks so much! btw I have light skin that is a little tan, and shoulder length blonde hair with blue eyes. <3

   Just wear whatever is comfortable…really nobody really cares…trust me im in high school…and no one cares what you look like on the first day…especially if your a freshman….sorry if thats rude, but its true.

   how about a white tank top with a colourful cardigan and a denim skirt/shorts? if you wear this with simple but cute ballet flats, a long necklace and loads of chunky bracelets, you will look gorgeous but not over-dressed.
   tank top and cardigan can be found in h&m or topshop.
   denim skirt/shorts can be found in holister or topshop.
   accessories can be found in accessorize or most good shops

   High school really isn’t all that different from middle school. Wear what you like and is comfortable, and follow your school dress code. That’s the big one. You don’t wanna spend the first day in the office dealing with already stressed principals. And for the first day, sneakers or flats, and the tote bag are good ideas. Most likely you won’t be doing a whole lot.
