Do you prefer wearing tote bags or purses?17 replies

I prefer tote bags….I can stuff everything in it and with purses it’s annoying because they tend to fall off my shoulder…..

   My purses are as small as possible. My favorite is one my husband calls my pencil case. It’s big enough for cigs, lighter, Chapstick and my wallet, which is all I ever carry. And I don’t use shoulder straps because I have a funny shoulder and it would start to hurt after a while. I tuck them under my arm.

   My tote bag, however, is fairly large. I need it to carry my shoes and all the papers I shuffle back and forth from home to office.

    i have a tote, but its not a perfect-rectangle kind. its huge and i love it. but i do where it on my shoulder

    I prefer totes. With a tote bag, you can have your hands free at all times because they’re big enough to carry a lot more stuff. You can put your magazines, books, etc. in a tote bag. And I think they’re more stylish, as well (if you get the right one).

    purse with a long strap, easier to wear when you put around your shoulders…. if that makes sense.
