I waited in line at a forever 21 for over an hour and a half.Got pushed, shoved, and everything in between. Some lady even became suffocated in the crowds pushing all together…all to get a stupid free tote bag. There were no sales at forever 21,the only one was a buy one get one free (shirts) that seemed like they were from a year ago, stupid little ugly tank tops. The only thing that was on a sale that I bought we’re some boots at pay-less for 15 bucks.Black friday was dissapointing,no good sales.
Now share your black friday 2008 experience(:

You are truly an American.
A great portion of the people on this planet suffer from malnutrition, disease, and neglect. Yet you complain about having to stand in line–a line, mind you, that you could have left at any time–and being pushed and shoved. But you chose to remain because you thought you’d get a price break of some kind.
Years ago, I said screw this whole greed-scheme that we call Christmas. My family and friends know that if they want to get me something, it’s to be a contribution to a charity. I also don’t buy presents for others. My Christmas budget goes directly to charity. As a matter of fact, I keep away from stores between Thanksgiving and the second week of January.
Try this some year. You’ll be helping the truly needy and yourself.
i went to a midnight madness sale at an outlet. it was crowded and took 45 minutes to get 5 miles. there was no parking and so my family and i ended up parking at the very top of a hill with no street lamps. there was a line for all of the good stores and an extra long line for the women’s bathroom. we left at 5 am and got home at 6. on the plus side i got a great deal on super cute converse and it was a one in a lifetime experience that i got to share with my family! but i don’t think i would ever do it again….:)
I went to wal-mart and got a flat screen tv and came on home.
