Hey I am looking for cute tote bags that are about 10-15 dollars. I looked at the target websites and a lot of them you could only buy online.    well, you will probably have a hard time buying that cheap on line.

   go to target and they have some really cute stuff.

   if you go to hollister, abercrombie, and aeropastale at the right time, they will have clearance racks, usually with totes.

   i got my school tote on hollisterco.com, for 15$ plus tax, about 25$.

   good luck finding a bag!
