I have my graduation ceremony in a few days, and I’m having trouble deciding what to do for my makeup. I will be wearing a long silky/satiny red dress. I have a very fair complexion, green eyes, and brown hair. I want to do an accentuated eye look. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Good luck, and congrats on graduation! =]
Go to youtube.com and then search Sephora. They have tutorials online you can search through those.
smokey-ish eyes with some baby pink eye shadow.
mascara-curl your eyelashes toos !
add some sparkles cos those are always fun!
i light copperish gold eyeshadow all over your lids
with some black liquid eyeliner on top of your lids, and a lot of black mascara a really good and cheap mascara i use is volume exact from covergirl or maybeline define-a-lash VOLUME in the pink tube
smokey eyes would look beautiful I think.
A smoky eye is always good. You never want to exactly match your eyeshadow to your outfit. Unless it’s a highlight. I use Mac cosmetics and I live by it. For a red dress, I would use the Passionate color as a highlight for blending above the crease. I would use Shadowy Lady or Print on the lid and blend it upward. The highlight would come last.
a golden eyeshadow above and wear a blue mascara to make your green eyes pop.
definitely go for a shimmery silver eyeshadow (NYX cosmetics has a great glittery one) with black eyeliner across the lids of your eyes and a little mascara
Earth tones or black I think can go with a red dress
