If she has sensitive skin then you want to look for a line that is good for sensitive skin and is also good for her skin type because some makeup lines may have ingredients that aren't suitable for the individual. One way to stretch her money is she can also use lip stick for blush if she likes cream blush. If she buys eye shadow in a three part container where she can get colours that she likes and also have a bit more choices. If she is looking to save money then I would suggest going to cosmetic counters and getting some free makeovers when they have them. That way she can try on some brands to see how she likes it on her skin. It's one way to also get some make up tips from the make up artist or cosmetician. One way she can save money is to look for local flyer's that advertise or check out in the business white pages or yellow pages to look up cosmetic warehouses/factories.
