definitely look into a gentle cleanser and a good scrub (gentle or abrasive, your call.) i love to cleanse with dove’s sensitive skin beauty bar. it doesn’t leave a residue but it cleans and washes away makeup beautifully and leaves your skin moisturized. and as for a scrub, st. ive’s apricot scrub does the trick. it’ll get rid of the dead skin cells and revitalize your skin, making it glow.

just keep this up and make sure you get rid of all your makeup before bed each night and you should be on your way to glowing skin =] best of luck.

After washing your face, use some toner ( I think all natural Witch Hazel does a fantastic job) to just get the extra “gunk” out of your pores and literally refresh your skin.

If you still want some freshness, spray some lavender water all over your face and it will feel heavenly (Burt Bee’s makes a great one that also smells fantastic!)

    Good luck!

Use facial scrub every week. Use a moisture serum (not moisturizer) everyday before moisturizer, after toner. Then use a really hydrating moisturizer.

Use a facial mask once a week. And for goodness sake, moisturize!!!! Moisturizing is the key to all that is good. Moisturize your hair, face, and body. And drink tons of water. That is also a fabulous fix-it-all.

There’s nothing really bad about sleeping in your makeup… that’s just a myth. Just wash your face as you usually would.
