Revlon Colorstay is good for not smudging and staying put.

I personally don’t really like it though because it’s hard to erase a mistake and gets messy since it dries up fast.

I really like Covergirl. Not the pencil, but the type that is like a skinny crayon and you have to twist the bottom until it clicks to get more of it so you never have to sharpen it.

spend at least 10-20$ on a pencil eyeliner, cheap ones will smudge and will wear off down your face throughout the day. I use maybelline, but i find all big name eg. rimmel, maybelline.. eyeliners are great. I find pencils alot easier to use and they stay on well throughout the day

Hiya, I would go for maybe a soft black to start with and I would also invest in a good quality one such as Virgin Vie, L’oreal, Clinique, Maybelline as you want something that will last you and is quality made as the eye area is delicate. You can also buy liners which have a smudger attached so that you can blend it in easily. Practice makes perfect with eye liner, and I think a pencil type would be better as you can have your liner precise or blended, with a crayon you won’t get a smooth line. Hope this helps.

I love Almay’s Waterproof eyeliner. It stays on for like 16 hours!
