My friends party is tomorrow and I’m wondering how I should do my makeup and hair. It’s a semi-formal dance. I’m wearing a black dress with white flowers on it. I have dark brown hair and green eyes. I’m semi tan. O And my hair is a little past my shoulders with layers that are a little above my shoulders. Should I curl it? Or just leave it straight? Thanks everyone!

scrunch your hair maybe and wear like a light green eyeshadow but only a little and black mascara and black eye liner but dont over do it.
You can never go wrong with a smokey eye, but to make your eyes stand out, go for a purple or something instead of just black. And definitely curl your hair. Good luck!

for the makeup:
if you want to make your green eyes pop this is how you should do it:
start with a brown or charcoal liner and put it on the top and bottom eyelids.
next use dark brown eyeshadow and blend it in with some tan or light brown shadow, and for the top of the eye use a light green shadow. preferably sparkly, but its ok if its not. and then use black mascara. and a bit of rosy-tan blush. and for the base of the face use a color to match your semi tan.
