I’m a ten year old girl going into fifth grade. I never wear makeup, but since I’m starting a new year as the oldest one of elementary school, I want to wear just a tiny bit for the first day. Any idea on what to use?

lipgloss is all you need for your age
your too young all you need is lipgloss
sorry ,but the only thing that I thought when i read your question waas: WAo, just a little bit of lipgloss and when I read the other answer I said, ok so i was right, you’ll have plenty of time later to wear makeup, enjoy your youth.
youre only in grade 5 dear, lipgloss is all you need. if you want, you can put a LITTLE rose blush on your apples of the cheeks and thats it.
please dont go eyeshadow, bad impressions on th teachers and the boys too.

At your age you don’t have any skin issues to you don’t need foundation, concealer, or powder, so skip those. Try a light pink blush and a little lip gloss. Then, if your parents are okay with it, some light neutral eyeshadow. Nothing too heavy, just enough to bring out your eyes. Keep it simple and don’t rush into make up. You are only in 5th grade, you have plenty of time to explore make up later. Hope this helps and good luck!
I don’t really think you should be wearing any make-up at this age because your too young. I started wearing make-up to school when I was in 9th grade.
But since it’s not my buisness I think you should go for a natural look. Like maybe a little bit of bronzer, not a lot and a rosy color blush! And then you can also put on lip gloss! But you shouldn’t really put more because I don’t think you wanna look like your going to a night club!

Been there. lol. I’m going into the 9th grade.
I suggest wearing just lipgloss since your so young, you REALLY don’t want to to ruin your skin at a young age by clogging pores. If you just wear lipgloss, it’ll send an awesome message to kids younger then you, great role modeling! I also suggest doing your hair a little nicer. Just to look good on your first day.
