How should I do my eye makeup?4 replies

I am in high school and I can do all of my makeup except i have trouble with eye makeup. Can anyone give me any tips and directions for application for something pretty, but that doesn’t look too over done?

   I have the perfect eye makeup for you To make your eyes pop I suggest using black eyeliner on the top lid only. This will bring out your brown eyes and give you a sultry but not overdone look. The easiest kind of eyeliner to apply is the pencil or roll up. Liquid eyeliner creates a more dramatic effect but takes precision and patience and can create a mess if it is not applied properly. You can find pencil or roll up eyeliner and Raley’s or an other local grocery store. Jet black mascara is a good addition to the eyeliner. Apply two coats of mascara on top and bottom lashes. I recommend the brand “GREAT LASH” mascara by maybelline, also found at grocery stores. I do not recommend using eye shadow because it takes time and patience and you have to go to expensive stores like bare escentials to find a good one. Hope this helps!

   just do a natural eyeshadow all over(covergirl has good cheap eyeshadows) then a brown eyeliner on bottom and a mascara! and a lipgloss.
   (covergirl has these sets where they have eyeshadows, and mascaras ro go w/ your certain eye color. they’re called “eyelights”)
