If you are 15 use only white, pink, light tan, and baby blue.eyeshadows….look up on the internet under Mark make-up…it also might be under Avon/mark
well if you have blond hair, try to avoid beige colours
if u have red hair, greens and browns are good,
if u have brown hair, pink is the best
any brand of makeup is fine
neutrals are always a good choice. Also, make black eyeliner or a shimmery nuetral colors.
This is probably something you shouldn’t attempt alone. You should either ask your mom or go to MAC. They have make up specialist at MAC cosmetic counters that will do your make up for you and coach you on the colors and techniques to put it on.
just try all different colors. i mean come on i wouldn’t care.

As far as eye makeup goes use a color that is opposite of your eye color since you said that you have blue eyes, then browns should look best.
As far as other makeup goes, like blushes and foundations since you say that you have light skin then keep to light colors. As far as blush goes then use more light pink colors.
Try using beige or lgiht brown cream eye creams
lip gloss that’s a clear color
lightest shade of pink blush you can find
Go to one of the big name cosmetic counters at Macy’s, find a sales person that you like the looks of and ask for help. They will do a complete make up job on you and you can try it out to see if it works for you. Go when they have those promotional events where you spend $26.50 at Clinique and get a bag of make up samples – different brands run the promos at different times. Save your money for the one item that you think works the best – may be the foundation or it may be the eye color. You don’t have to spurge all at once but it is nice to have good products and the clerks usually have a good eye for the best colors. If you don’t like the look – just say thanks and move on. Some other brand or sales person may be more in tune with you. My daughters first experience with this was pretty funny – she got scarred to death by a 6 foot woman with blue hair and a purple feather boa who wanted to show her how to wear makeup. NOT in this lifetime!
Find a person you consider nice looking and good luck.
I’m Makeup artist and can advice only one thing without seeing you – use neutral colors (goes for everyone) – like gray and brown (or mix them together).. If your skin light chose light brown and light gray… Don’t apply to all around – keep it darker near outer cornet of eye and lighter toward nose. Also apply darker between eyelid and crest bone and leave it light (or apply little light shimmer, pink, white etc) under eyebrow area and small amount in the center of eyelid near eyelashes… Will look good.. If you want to apply eyeliner – chose brown or gray and keep it very close to eyelashes and don’t make strong line (not good for light skins) blend it with Q-tip.
Hope it helps…
