It takes a lot of practice, a steady hand, a large mirror, and great lighting

Practice is the main thing! On nights where i am so bored i rip out my make-up boxes & just see how pretty i can get it to look. I try different colors with different eye liner colors. After practicing & trying on new things you will love the way your make- up looks. Also if you would rather you can type into yahoo EYE MAKE-UP for ( your color eyes) and i am sure looks of tips will come up.
    GOOD LUCK!

Well what I do is I get a lighter and I light the eye liner and that gets it really soft BUT FIRST LET IT COOL DOWN and then put it where you would and that might work!

QUALITY is a big factor, if you pay $.99 for your eyeliner, than thats what you are going to get. But if you got to the M.A.C or clinique counter and get a pro to match the makeup to your skin then you will have a lot better luck. Also, practice makes perfect. If you apply clumsy lines on your eyes, then it wont look good. Liquid eyeliner is the darkes you can get, yes, it takes practice and it slightly difficult but you can pull it off. Good luck

Practise as much as you can and don’t be afraid to experiment with colour. A liquid eyeliner or gel liner will stand out more, but this can take a steady hand (prop your elbow up when doing it to keep control). Kohl liners can be dark, but will give you a less defined line. My tip for all makeup is to invest in good quality brushes that will last you a lifetime, like Mac. Also, make sure you highlight under your eyebrows as this makes the eyes pop more and shows the contrasts up.

The eyeliner you buy is a big part of it. I like eye kohls because they are easier to put on. The quality of it counts too. It also takes a lot of practice.

i have a tip. next time get your eyeliner, wet the end tip of it, that way it’ll glide on with more color etc and it’ll look hot! make sure your eyeliner is sharpened but not too sharp or else it will look to “fake” (hmm..for lack of better word haha)
    hope that helps
