I am very dark-skinned black girl. Like between peanut butter and chocolate. I have small round eyes that are close-set. I have very full lips and a wide nose with a heart-shape face. What type of makeup in general would brighten up my dark eyes and make my nose smaller? How do you make your lips look smaller too?
