It is upwards of $150 for services at the local and State level and $250 and up at Nationals. It really adds onto the expenses. No makeup artist from pageantry so far is willing to teach. Any suggestions? Keep in mind that pagent h/m is different from a wedding or a photo shoot.

I looked in Google for glitz pageants and there a web sites with a contact us box..You could make enquiries with them.
Also I used ‘make up artists glitz pageants’ and found something there too.
