the reason why u look dull is b/c people have different undertones so go to a department store and get them to make a match for u and tell them wut u want in a foundation…theere r sum foundations that will give u a glow so be specific about what u want

if you dont mind me asking, what make up base are you using currently?

try these 2 make up base. they give natural glow effect on your face:-
Bobby brown – oil free even finish foundation
    or
    Estee Lauder – Individualist

    good luck!

they say you are what you wear
but in this case you need to exspore different colours something
thats gonna give you natrual and abit of a new fresh look of colour
ok now try an earthy orange colour also apply a dark shadow just make the orange like a feature this will look natrual but with a little kick,
also for your honey complextion dont be afriad to use eye liner
the eye liner helps left the eyes you can get a gray colour which gives it a more softer tone then black
if you wanna be more daring use metalic colors such as deep blue and green these colours look beautiful if you apply them
just on the lid of your upper eye lid that way your beautiful curved eye lashes will have a feature behind the lashes!!
    peace!

I think you should still do whatever that you are doing but add on a thing or two, either a bronzing powder or a bronzing base that you should apply along with your foundation(Refer to link)…By adding some bronzing product onto your face it should add some goldish shine onto your face, like what you see on most celebrity’s face.it kind of glow with a healthy shine..
this is what i do when i want to have a nicely tanned face..
-Mix the ‘Base Control’(As shown in the link) with some of your own foundation, blend them well… Then apply it onto your face like how you usually do with your foundation… Well, you can control the color… Depending on how tanned/shine you want to have…
-then do whatever you do…fix up your eyebrows… eyeliner… eyeshadow… mascaras…then blusher(preferably orange tone, appear much more tanned which compliments darker skin tone)
-Then when you’re done with everything, apply some bronzing powder(Refer to link) on to your T-zone and cheekbones to enhance those areas…

I’m very sure after adding this 2 items to your whole make up, it’s going to make you glow like Beyonce or J-Lo… It’s very beautiful and i love them…!

    Check them out… Good luck!!

Spice it up! For skin, use a bronzer and others…use gold tinted glosses and metallic shades of eyeshadow…

    Bronzer-Glow Xpert in Candle Glow
Gloss-Glow Baby Glow Luze in Sun Luxe
Eyeshadow-I-Mark in Magic (gold) or Glitterati (silver)
