I may be buying something rather expensive online from a very VERY praised seller. I have read over 650 100% positive feedback and I have spoken to over 30 people on a forum who have bought bags from her and they all say they are 1000000% authentic. The girl sent me photos and I really do feel it all looks perfect. The thing is, even though she has an ebay store, we would be doing this transaction off of ebay cuz she was holding a bag aside for me that I had requested from her. I would be paying her through Paypal though. So just in case I do get my item and it’s fake, would Paypal give me my money back or would my credit card company? Someone was telling me about Chargebacking. Anyone have more info so I can feel less worried?

A chargeback is when the seller takes back the item.
And if something is wrong with the item then the seller can reimburse you “thru” Paypal or your credit card but Paypal or your credit card bank themselves would not reimburse you for anything as you did not buy the item from Paypal nor from the bank. Your dealings are with the store owner and what the two of you decide between you is what is final. So be open to communication. I suggest you ask to see the store owner’s website and check their return policy.
Your money would be returned to you only if the store allows it to be returned. If the item is a fake there are a couple of places you can turn that in but it is “you” who is responsible for making the choice to buy it in the first place or not.
I have learned over the years on eBay that positive feedbacks for the sellers is merely an advertisement tool and is tweaked in their favor by themselves in that they sell tiny items to friends and relatives to make it look like they do lots of business and get superb feedback. Even the lower feedback ratings are superb sellers to deal with, and same goes for the buyers. They are out to get you to buy…period.
