   Nordstrom Rack for designer bags, and Forever 21 for all others. You could actually get, like, 3 or 4 bags from F21 with $100!

   well that is ALOT of money for a ahnd bag..soo im assuming you want a brand name? I got my coach purse at “the coach otulet” for $80..so any type of brand that has an outelt will have a clearence.. if not try T.J.Maxx or MArshalls they always ahve brand name purses cheap like dooney&burke, Coach, Juicy Couture, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, etc…. and i SURE you can find one for udner $100

   With $100.00 you could get a great handbag at an upscale thrift store . There are thrift stores that specialize only in quality brand and upscale clothes and accessories. They only accept the best of the best stuff. Look in your yellow pages under upscale thrift stores , designer thrift stores or similar sounding titles.
