   It’s impossible to get a REAL channel bag for 40 bucks. But you can get fake one from any high end fashion stores

   I say ebay or bizrate i think. Ebay will probably be your best source, and if you want an authentic one, you’re going to pay more than $40

    You can get knock offs that look the same for about$30.I dont no where you are theres a place in LA that sells knock offs on name brands.

    go to a flea market or something or find a fake one on ebay! if you live near new york city than you can go there to like chinatown or something & get a fake one.
