sleep would be good, but if your lacking that then try some cucumbers and let them lye on your eyes for a while and make sure they are cold.

Sleep some more and drink lots of water, eat loads of fruit and vegetables and take Evening Primose Oils.

ive heard that it works to put spoons in the freezer for a lil bit and then hold them under your eyes….
    OR
there is make-up you can get that is for hiding the bags under your eyes. and that does work i know people who have used it.

If you get enough sleep and still have puffiness, bags, or dark circles there could be a number of reasons why.

Do you have allergies? Do you rub your eye alot? Does your family have aan under-eye bag tendency?

If it is allergies, treat them.
If you are rubbing thm a lot try and stop.
Apply a cold compress when you first wake up, and in the evening. Use products meant to treat under-eye puffiness, there are some fairly inexpensive ones from Avon that are pretty good and you can get them on-line so you won’t be embarrsed by shopping for cosmetics.

    Good luck.

Put a washcloth soaked in cold milk over your eyes for about 10 minutes. It sounds weird, but it works. The lactic acid in the milk will also help with dark circles. Also, it’s never to early to use an eye cream, Chanel makes a great one.

Hey, I feel your pain. You can try some of the suggestions mentioned here already… but keep in mind that for some of us unlucky ones the problem is genetic and nothing more. I’ve had bags under my eyes as long as I remember, tried everything and nothing made them go away. When I was a little older than you, I was looking through some of my dad’s old photos and saw a group photo of some of his relatives I’ve never met. Guess what… every one of them had the same bags! Disappointing, I know, but knowing that I wasn’t doing something wrong made me feel slightly better. Gentle moisturizer (and light cover-up for girls, or I guess guys that wear make-up) does help a bit. Be really gentle with the area. Use your ring finger to apply because the skin here is delicate.

One consolation… they’re really not as noticeable to everyone else as they are to me, I’ve found.

Of course bags or dark circles under the eyes can be cause by lack of sleep (some people require more than 8 hours a night) but it could also be a lack of vitamin K. Some foods that are high in vitamin K are: Broccoli, Cauliflower (really good if you heat it up, mash it and add some butter, bread crumbs and a little salt), Spinach (raw), and Avocados. You could also try sticking 2 spoons in the freezer for a while then taking them out and putting them under your eyes. =)
