I just started wearing contacts and I have bags under my eyes so how can i get rid of them? Does make-up help make them go away?

   Make up doesnt help them go away it just covers it.. Try concelear! It makes you look 20 years younger. All you have to do is get lots of sleep and wash your face before you sleep and when you wake up, theyll eventually go away.
