What causes people to get bags under their eyes?4 replies

I am asking for a guy I know he is in his middle 40s and his bags are just bad. He use to be so hot when he was younger, and now I dunno what has happened to him! What caused these bags under his eyes and how can he get rid of them?

   Lack of sleep and alergies use preperation H to get rid of them! it works but dont get it in your eyes!

   Mainly age. As you age the muscles under your eyelids expand and loosen, causing bags. Stress and lack of sleep can cause this as well.
