want to know if this coach bag is authentic4 replies

I found a deal for a coach travel bag on craigslist.com for $150. She said it is from season Winter 06′ and it cost her $475.

I cannot verify the authenticity of the bag by touching or smelling it cause I’m located in another area.

She said the duffel is 11″ H (expands to 14.5″) x 20″ L x 9″ W.
She also said she’s a college student and needs to support herself instead of holding the bag up.

Can you tell me if this bag is real? I’m hesitant to buy it cause the deal seems too good to be true. She told me the bag will come with auth. card, dust bag, and straps.

Someone found a different color bag with the same background on ioffer.com. It would be great if you can show me the link.

it’s real bc the offical label is authentic and a fake coachbag can’t have the official label on it or else that’d be copyright infringement.

The photos seem odd, here’s why:

    1. in one of the pictures, the bag has plastic over the handles. When you buy an authentic bag from the designer (like Coach or Kate Spade) there is no plastic anywhere on the bag.
    2. How many Coach bags do you know come with extra straps??? I have an authentic Gucci and it didn’t come with a shoulder strap. Only cheap copies are sold with shoulder straps as included extras.

You can always check out Coach’s website for information on the original bags to be sure you’re getting an original. If you’re shopping for price, try one of the Coach outlets. That way you know you’re getting the quality Coach bag you want, at a reasonable price.

    for Coach FAQ’s:

My advice: If you’re uncertain of the bag’s authenticity, don’t buy it- you’ll always wonder and you’ll probably always question it. You should be happy with your purchase from the time you take it out of the bag/box. . . .

Im sorry but there fakes STAY AWAY the stiching is horrible, the C’s are not aligned, coach never used a tag like that, to name a few. Just because it has a creed doesnt mean its real fakes have them as well with fake serial numbers. Another thing coach did not use that C’s lining on the coach luggage.Compare and hope you notice the difference.
