It is fake. Turkey is know for having lots and LOTS of imitation designer things. So it’s no surprise that your bag is fake.
From now on, just buy your Coach bags from the website. Then you know that they aren’t fake! And they may cost a bit more, but that’s better than someone making fun of you for having a fake Coach bag!

It is a fake… also look at the C’s on the bag and look at a real coach bag, the C’s will not be the same.

Just because the item says “Made in Turkey” does not automatically mean it’s fake.Coach has been made in many countries in the past, including Turkey. But this certainly does not prove that it is real either. Many fakes just copy the creed from a real one.
The creeds from the newer Legacy bags are written in gold script, but I have never personally seen them with the origin of Turkey(though I am not an expert).
The serial number that you are refering to-is it written exactly the way you wrote it here?If so,then the item is definitely fake. The serial numbers are usually set up like this: No.xxx-xxxxx with a combination of letters and numbers on the front half and 3,4 or 5 numbers on the second half.
It may be easier to help if you have pictures of the item,or even post the link to the auction because if it turns out to be fake, you have a limited amount of time to get your money back.So if you still have the link to the auction, please post it here and it may be easier to give you details.

There is no way I can answer this without examining the bag, at least in a photo. But I can tell you this. Coach does have products made in Turkey. And also, Turkey is NOT a primary place of counterfeit goods. Counterfiet goods come mostly from China. Yes, over 90% of authentic Coach bags are made in China and so are the counterfeits. Some of the newer Coach patches are being done in that gold script writing so that’s not an indication. Please post a picture or better yet, the auction number. My gut is telling me your bag is REAL.
