I sell authentic bags on ebay and every time I list an authentic bag by the second or third day the bag is removed from ebay and I have know idea why this is happening since my purses are authentic and I provide authentication on my items.I don’t understand this because there are plenty of times I have been on ebay people list bags that are obviously fake and they still get a sale.What do I do to keep my bags listed?

Many bag designers are really cracking down, since a decision in the courts last week said that manufacturers had to police ebay themselves and be responsible for alerting ebay to possible counterfeit bags or trademark infringement. The bag and jewelry manufacturers had tried to sue ebay for selling counterfeit merchandise. The court said ebay was only liable if they refused any request by the manufacturers to remove any auction that appeared to deal with counterfeits, and was not an authorized reseller, or obvious garage sale type item.
That’s the gist of the ruling, but like I said, it went down last week, so don’t be surprised to see more of this behavior.
