I think it does help, it soothes your eyes and cools them down.
After its been used and gone cold, it’s the same kind of idea as cucumber.
Just put them on your eyes and wait i guess
put them in the fridge to get cold then apply to eyes. It reduces puffiness and soothes the eye area.
