On an international flight to Paris, France, how much weight and how large (in inches) can the checked on bags be?

    There is no size limit for checked in bags. There is a weight limit of 32 Kg. This is a health and safety thing as baggage handlers could injure themselves lifting more. This should not be confused with the airlines baggage allowance which, if you exceed that weight, airlines will charge you more. This varies according to the airline.
    Carry on bags do have a size limit so that they can fit under the seats or in the lockers. This is usually 22in x 18in x 10in but will vary with airline.
