I’m so stupid, I just bought a bag that is identical to this one ebay and I didn’t even ask questions about the authenticity. So, I emailed the seller and his answers were kinda shady as to if it is a real JC bag. He said he trusts his supplier, but thats about it. In fact this is what he said: “Engraving and stamps. Coach. yes. Fendi, yest. JC not that I’ve seen. Mostly fancy fobs, J pulls. I’ve read it all too. So, have the people who copy. I still don’t know much. You have a nice pretty bag. Everyone will give you a different story. There are many. Enjoy your bag.”

I don’t understand what he is saying…do you?
I paid 111 dollars for it. And I’m sure I can report him to ebay and paypal. Never again. Let this be a warning to never purchase anything on ebay…ughh very stupid

I don’t know anything about handbags but even I can tell that is fake. Ultimately you have to do your own research and determine its authenticity. You can go through the steps but sellers like these will always exist. There is an old saying, buyer beware.

Actually this hand bag retails for nearly 300.00 in stores and in most cases one have to have paid the full retail price in order to have anything done about a bag if it turns out to be a fake. Now had you paid the retail price or at least 75% of the retail price for it and it turned out to be a fake then the issue will be taken more seriously, but the fact is that authentic designer handbags are not cheap and as long as people look to pay a little and still get the real thing, this will continue to happen. No, the person could have said it was real if they knew it wasn’t. But the rule of the thumb in buying authentic designer items “if it seems too good to be true it usually is.”

That bag is a fake. The tag should not say “juicy beach”, but “choose juicy” because that is not a beach bag. He is not confident in his answer so that is a sign that the bag is a fake. There is a lot of fake bags going around ebay and before you bid on them you should look up the authentic juicy, ebay guides. I would ask for a refund before reporting him to ebay. If he is a good seller he will give you your money back, and hopefully everything will be resolved.

    good luck!
