Now, my purse checks off that it is authentic except it does not have the leather stamp inside showing the serial number. It does show the tiny little YKK on the pulling of the zipper, the c’s and the material look authentic. But do all authentic coach bags have the leather stamp inside?

Ya it should I have HUNDREDS of coaches and they all have them! Where did you buy it $5 on the streets of NYC?!

NO!! Not all coach bags/purses have the stamp inside.
I have a wristlet that does NOT have a coach stamp.
To be absolutely sure of authenticity, take your bag to a coach store where the experts will concur with you!
(Though if all the Cs line up and you have a YKK zipper, you most likely DO have an authentic Coach!)
