Do all Louis Vuitton handbags need an authentic card?3 replies

I just bought 2 handbags (Speedy 25 and Jasmin) from luis vuitton store yesterday. They came with a receipt and two dust bags. Do they required an authentic card? if they do I’ll go back and ask for it. Thank you

   They should have one, I have 3 and they each came with a card. You may need it for insurance purposes

   I don’t know what you would use the authenticity cards for except if you were trying to re-sell the bags later. Mine all came with the cards inside the pocket on the inside. I would call the store and ask why. Fake one’s come with authenticity cards too, so it’s not the end of the world if you don’t have one.

   I never heard that Louis Vuitton’s bag comes with an authentic card… I got 4 wallets, 8 handbags, 6 pochettes and 3 card holders, all bought from Louis Vuitton shop all over the world. Their products never comes with an authentic card, they have instead, a number printed inside the bag. You can call your local customer service of Louis Vuitton to cheak the details regarding how to find the number of each model.
   For those who got a Louis Vuitton bag that comes with an authentic card, I bet yours a fake one.
