Why do people care so much about fashion?7 replies

Seriously, why are people such jerks when it comes to the way other people dress? So what if someone buys clothes at thrift stores or w/e, why is that so funny? Fashion shouldn’t matter. So someone tell me why you care so much about people that dress different instead of like everyone else, like another clone?

   i dunno i hate the same style everytime. but i think fashion should express who you are and let people have they’re own style.

   i think people are so into fashion and bringing other people down about what theyw ear because it maikes them feel better about themselves. or maybe thats just the way they are.
   people who do that tend to think that theyre better than everyone else and thats not right.
   and some people think that they know everything about fashion and they feel like they have to make fun of people for it to make them see that theyre not in style.

   i’m with you all the way. i think its because people are just afraid of what others will say. if you buy at thrift stores people think you dont have a lot of money. if you dress differently your a “freak” how bout this? i shop at thrift stores beacuse the close are cheaper but same quality. i have money, more than mosts but so what? i dont dress like the preps because thats not me. i dress comfy casual not preppy pink. have your own stlye. dont let the models and designers tell you what to wear! big whoop if your wearing last seasons boots get over it!!
