I get TeenVogue, but does anyone know of any others that are generally clean? By clean I mean: no articles on sex, no nude or near-nude photo shoots, just fashion.

For teens I personally love Seventeen, but that has it’s off side articles which you aren’t looking for.
Although not geared towards teens, you can try People Style watch. That magazine is packed with the latest fashion and accessories!

As far as I know, every teen fashion magazine is like that.
If you are willing to read magazines intended for an adult audience, Lucky is pretty much all clothes and other things you can shop for. Allure, and, if I’m not mistaken, Vogue and InStyle don’t really have articles on sex, but do have near nude photos from time to time.
Seventeen is good
Frankie magazine is really good.
