What are your thoughts on the fashion of today?3 replies

I am just looking for the opinion of today’s fashion choices from the three different generations, teenagers, middle-age, and elderly.

• I am doing a fashion project and was wondering, to get a head start, what would i have to include?
• What are some interesting facts about fashion photography?
• Does anybody know a fashion website to find a job in fashion industry?
• Is there a fashion designer to send my designs to?
• What is a good alternative ranking system for a fashion show?

   Well i am a teenager and i absolutley love the fashion of today. It is playfull and you can dress your own style and still look “in”. I think that when you are a teenager, it is your chance to play around with your style and find out what your style really is.

   I’m in my mid thirties and have always been fashion conscious. Basically today’s fashions are the 80′s redone with a new twist. I love all fashion as long as its worn right with style and can be carried off with the right edge. My kids used to make fun of pictures of me in tight jeans circa 1985 now they won’t wear anything but. Style changes, comes and goes, and comes back again. As long as you wear the newest styles with taste and dignity I say rock it.

   One stipulation…I am not a skinny girl any more…I have a middle aged ladies womanly curves…but I have to say…if you aren’t fit enough to wear the SKINNY JEANS WITHOUT YOUR MUFFIN TOP HANGING OVER…leave them at the store. Gross. Do these girls own a full length mirror? Their mothers should be charged with child endangerment for not teaching them better taste.

   it’s really experimental.
   and the 80s seem to be back. well personally i think fashion comes back every 2 decades. in like 2010, the 90s are probably going to be back.
