   It’s called a dress form, or a mannequin. Any good fabric store will either have them or will order them for you. They come in different sizes and styles. You also can get an adjustable type.

   They are actually called dressmaking dummies, or manniquins. Google dressmaking dummy and there are loads of websites that sell them.
