Im currently a final year student studying Fashion and Textile design at The University of Huddersfield (U.K). Im totally against fur wearing, as i don’t believe animals should be killed so we can wear something then throw it away after wearing it a few times, when we already can make so many things without having to kill animals in the most inhumane way.

Animals are to be eaten and used in any needed manner.In nature predators eat smaller animals and nobody worries.Humans do it in most humane way: we don’t kill rare species, because we raise our own population,animals in fur farmers are well-fed and taken care, otherwise fur will be low quality,anyway human needs meet, so it is no difference between breeding animals for fur or for meet, fur industry provides income for a lot of workers.
In nature survival of species is more important then survival of one particular animal, so by breeding animals for our needs we “do good” for populations, since we increase its number.
I was abused once because of wearing fur coat.
