Becoming a professional fashion designer takes a long time.
It’s good to continue sketching and to start knowing how to make clothes. Go to fabric stores and if your lucky, you can even own your own store.

i know you’re really aspirational but you have to at least be in your 20′s to be widely known fashion designerr

Well, the good thing is you are enthusiastic, the only problem is that you are too young. Look at designers like Paul Smith for example. He originally planned to be a cyclist until he accidently became one of the worlds most famous british designers. He took evening tailoring classes until he was spotted by the chairman of a boutique on Saville Row.
You need more than sketches to become a designer. You need seamstress skills, business skills, knowledge of culture, knowledge of fabrics, cuts and styles and QUALIFICATIONS. Tom Ford got where he is today with years upon years of hard work that paid off.
Start with seamstress or tailoring classes, take on a degree at a design school – you wont get far drawing sketches in your bedroom and hoping an oppurtunity comes along to make it rich overnight. Wont happen.
